5. Resetting your Brother Printers. You just have to press the UP and DOWN keys until the word “Maintenance 99” shows up on the display. Hold the “SET” button down to bring the printer to standby mode.

    Now that you’ve known how to troubleshoot any printer brand, you can perform this very well. Take note however that some printer models from each brand may have varying resetting techniques as well. Better check on that with your printer manual or with your manufacturer.
