How to Print Two-Sided Documents Using HP DeskJet D2500 Series Printer

HP DeskJet D2500 printer series models are among the most user friendly devices for home and small office users. The printer driver is compatible with devices like HP PSC 2200 Series, HP LaserJet 1150, DeskJet F300 Series, and HP DeskJet F4200 series, to name a few. Although HP DeskJet D2500 is designed for who people who only print small documents occasionally, it is practically affordable and highly reliable for printing quality photos. For some people, printing a two-sided document takes too much effort. It does save on paper; however, it can also waste your time and several print media if you’re not sure how to do it correctly. To begin printing two sided text or photo document, simply follow the steps below:

1.     Turn on your DeskJet D2500 printer and load sufficient paper on the tray. The paper tray can accommodate up to 80 sheets in different sizes including Letter, Legal, A4, A5, A6 and so forth.

2.     Select the text document or photo you want to print from the File tab. Then go to the Print command and open the Printer Properties dialog box.

3.     Go to the Printing Shortcuts tab and single-left click your mouse to open the drop down list.

4.     Click the Two-Sided (Duplex) Printing option from the drop down menu.

5.     Move your cursor to the Manually Option and click the Manually Dialog box. Tick on any specific print options in this dialog box and then click the “Okay” tab to begin printing.

6.     Your HP Deskjet D2500 printer will print the odd numbered pages of your document first. When done, remove the printed pages from the printer, and reload the printed pages with the printed side up.

7.     Click the Continue button to print the even numbered pages.
